Missions

As part of a dynamic team, supported by committed managers, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Taking and analysing briefs from clients</li><li>Contributing to the development of commercial and strategic proposals</li><li>Preparing preliminary budgets</li><li>Briefing service providers and negotiating with suppliers</li><li>Coordinating the various stakeholders involved in events</li><li>Monitoring projects and preparing post-event reports</li></ul>

Profil recherché

You enjoy taking an active and hands-on role in events
You are highly organised, dynamic and determined
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in IT tools, including office software and online tools, is essential
A professional working level of English is required
You are currently studying at Masters level or equivalent, with at least four years of higher education completed
